Effortless data entry
Say goodbye to inputting the same data into various forms and programs. With FormMaster, you can
easily import and export data between T-slips and other programs such as spreadsheets. It will save

For forms where calculations are based on information entered in another form, FormMaster quickly cross-references
the correct field in the source form. There’s no need to flip back and forth between forms and enter the same data
twice.
And data in FormMaster are retained year to year - no need to re-key. Which means, next year, your work will be a
little easier too. Plus, now documents and notes are rolled forward year to year as well, so spreadsheets or

FormMaster 2011/12 — still improving
Last year, you were introduced to a whole new FormMaster. This coming year, the following improvements will enhance your
experience once again.
T5013 GIFI codes - Brand new entry screens will make it easier to
populate Schedules 100, 125 and 140. And as these screens are similar to those found in Cantax T2, no additional
learning is required.
Efiling T-slips - More and more slips are electronically filed to
government authorities. To ensure you can easily find the generated slips to submit, we are introducing an enhanced
naming convention for files along with a wizard guide.
PDF printing for T-slips - Interested in a paperless workflow?
It’s now possible to create separate PDFs for each slip recipient.
T4 TimeSaver conversion - FormMaster now lets you easily convert
files from T4 TimeSaver.

Trust returns are easy
Quickly prepare trust returns with FormMaster’s full set of T3 forms and calculations. FormMaster will allocate
income evenly to up to 20 beneficiaries. Or specify a percentage allocation for each beneficiary. And to save you
even more time, T3 slips are generated automatically.
